Spring Run Charitable Foundation 

Your Spring Run Charitable Foundation has just completed its ninth year of fundraising for Local Charities in the Lee and Collier Counties and what a year it has been!   With the revenues we raised from the Home Tour, Cash Raffle, Golf Outing, Silent and Live Auctions, and the generous cash donations made by Spring Run residents, we were able to distribute $150,000.00.

 Monies were presented to our eight designated charities on April 18, 2018 at Happy Hour.

BARBARA’S FRIENDS - GOLISANO CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA - $22,500
We are halfway to our pledge for a second Hematology/Oncology Infusion Room with this donation.

INTERFAITH CHARITIES OF SOUTH LEE - $35,000
Monies provide a food pantry, financial assistance, budget classes, free income tax services, summer lunch for kids, Meal on Wheels to those in need.

LACES OF LOVE - $11,500
From September 2008 to date, over 100,000 pairs of shoes have been distributed to disadvantaged children in Lee and Collier Counties.  This donation will help to continue the distribution of shoes through school nurses, guidance counselors and human resource organizations.

FGCU FOOD PANTRY - $5,000
This donation helps supplement their food drive food with fresh fruits and vegetables along with adding variety to shelf-stable options for the more than 500 students who experience food insecurity.

OPERATION OPEN ARMS - $30,700
Their mission is to provide every possible tangible benefit to US Troops returning from combat and/or foreign duty stations to include 1 week free R & R vacations with their families.  OOA became the first
501(c)3 in 2009 to provide same day PTS and PTSD mental health care.

NEW HORIZONS - $21,000
New Horizons is committed to empower at-risk youth to reach their full potential through tutoring, mentoring, and faith.  Programs help improve the academic skills, social skills and character development of their students and their families in Lee and Collier Counties. 

LITERACY COUNCILl SW - $20,000

The Literacy Council is committed to assisting adults and children to acquire language and reading skills and the education necessary to improve their quality of life and to enhance the entire community.


SPRING RUN CHARITABLE FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP FUND - $7,800

This provides scholarships to Spring Run employees and their children in pursuit of higher education.


In addition, the SRCF HURRICANE IRMA EMPLOYEE RELIEF FUND raised and distributed $40,400.00 to our employees.
